Se non trovi il pacchetto prova a ridare apt-get update

Se lo trovi (e spero tu abbia installato php5-sqlite) allora prova a
reinstallarlo!

L'unica cosa he ho capito è che sqlite.so non viene installato, mentre lo sarebbe se installassi teamspeak-server!?
